We're recruiting for a Level 2 Cricket Coach/Player for the 2024 summer to support us in developing our growing junior section.

Enfield Cricket Club is looking for a Level 2 qualified cricket player coach for the 2024 summer to support us in developing our growing junior section.

We are a large and successful cricket club based in North London with 4 adult teams competing in the Middlesex and Hertfordshire leagues. Our growing junior section now has around 100 children involved in cricket from all ages (All Stars up to U17s). We also have tennis and football sections and our facilities are highly regarded, with Middlesex 2s using the ground last year.

We are starting our outdoor sessions in early April. Sessions will be on a Tuesday evening (6-8pm) and will run until the end of July.

The coach will be expected to work closely with the junior cricket committee to agree the content of coaching sessions and to provide feedback on what is working well and areas for improvement.

The coach will also form and sustain positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging them to get involved in supporting their child’s game and the age group they are a member of.

We are ideally looking for a coach who can also play for the club at first team level.
